Colony Investment Management is the parent company of Colony Capital S.A.S. French Société par action simplifiee with a share capital of € 2 040 000, registered at the Paris trade register (RCS Paris), under the number 414 971 465.

In the context of its regulated activities, Colony Capital S.A.S. acts as Alternative Investment Fund Manager. The Company has an approval from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers under the number GP-15000004 since January 28, 2015, and is member of the AFG.

Consideration of the main negative sustainability impacts (PAI) : The management company does not take into account the main negative impacts because it has not yet developed a methodology for evaluating the impacts of its real estate investment decisions on external sustainability factors.

Conflict of Interest

Portfolio management or investment advice, as defined by the activity program of the management company, must be conducted independently by the latter in the exclusive interest of investors. However, conflicts of interest may be identified related to the financial and real estate management activities or real estate investment advisory service.

In this context and in order to manage the risks of conflicts of interest, Colony Capital has adopted a procedure that defines measures for the detection and management of such conflicts and adheres to the integrity rules as defined by the professional code of ethics. For more information, the conflict of interest management policy is available free of charge and upon request from Colony Capital.

Complaints

Pursuant to Article 318-10 of the general regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Colony Capital has established and maintains an effective procedure for the reasonable and prompt handling of Your complaints. The complaint process is entirely free.

Any complaint can be sent to the Investors Relations at the following email address investors@colony-im.com or by post to the attention of Colony Capital Investors Relations, 6 rue Christophe Colomb, 75008 Paris.

The management company shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten (10) working days from dispatch of Your complaint unless the reply itself is made to You within that period. Unless duly justified circumstances require otherwise, You will be provided with a response within two (2) months of sending of Your complaint.

Remuneration Policy

In line with the requirements of the AIFM and the European Remuneration Directives (European Securities and Markets Authority, ESMA), Colony Capital has a remuneration policy in place, which includes the relevant principles governing how the Company remunerates its management and members of staff, Colony Capital’s approach to remuneration has always been designed to support the long-term business interests of the company shareholders, to reflect the asset management risk model and to deliver long term sustainability.

In this context, Colony Capital's remuneration policy is consistent with the consideration of sustainability risks. The remuneration arrangements of the Company have been designed in a manner that is consistent with and promote sound and effective risk management, including (amongst other things) sustainability risks. It does not encourage risk-taking that is inconsistent with the risk profile of any fund we manage and does not impair compliance with the Company’s duty to act in the best interests of the unitholders of the Fund.

Colony Capital has implemented an annual performance process. The performance assessment of all employees includes both qualitative and quantitative elements where appropriate, which could integrate its compensation practices in order to promote the mitigation of sustainability risks.
